Spartacist (日本語で付録) (ja)| 15 avril 2024私たちは以下に、大坂正明さんの即時釈放を要求する米国のパルチザン・ディフェンス・コミティによる、2023年12月14日付けの声明を再度掲載する。大坂さんは長年にわたる中核派のカードルで、1971年の沖縄返還協定に抗議したため捏造された罪状で投獄された。大坂さんは、12月22日、懲役20年の判決を受けた。それは、この73歳の老革命家にとって死刑宣告である。労働運動は「大坂さんを即時釈放せよ！」という要求を取り上げなければならない。それは、日本の支配者に対する労働運動の闘争を強化することになるだろう。 私たちは、大坂正明さんの即時釈放を強く要求し、彼に対するすべての告訴を取り下げるよう強く要求する。2017年以来、大坂さんは独居房に投獄され、いかなる面会の権利も拒否されてきた。彼は、複数の捏造された罪状で裁判にかけられている。その罪状には、沖縄返還協定に反対した1971年のデモで警察官を殺害したことが含まれている。この返還協定は、沖縄における米軍基地の持続的な駐留を定めたものであった。大坂さんが参加した1971年のこのデモは資本主義国家による激しい弾圧を受けた。 大坂さんは裁判員裁判での公判を拒否され、検察側はいわゆる「証拠」のいくつかが紛失してしまったと言っている。複数の証人は申し立てを撤回しており、そのうちの1人は、「検察官と警察官によって虚偽の陳述書に署名させられた」と述べている。大坂さんに対する国家の迫害は、彼が長年のカードルである中核派に対する攻撃であるだけでなく、日本帝国主義の軍備増強と働く人々への広範な攻撃に抗議したいと望む、すべての労働者、左翼、若者を恫唱するのを目的としている。政治的違いにかかわらず、大坂さんの解放のために闘うことは、日本と国際的な労働運動の利益である。もし労働運動が大坂さんの防衛に取り組むなら、日本帝国主義支配者に対する自身の闘いを強化することになるだろう。一人の受けた攻撃は全ての人への攻撃である！ 広範な国家弾圧から大坂同志やより広く左翼を防衛するためには、労働運動の幅広い戦線を創設することが極めて重要である。そのためには、各グループが他のグループを防衛するのを拒否する左翼にまん延したセクト主義を打ち破ることが急務である。 今週、パルチザン・ディフェンス・コミティ(Partisan Defense Committee) は大坂正明さんの防衛基金に3万円を寄付した。私たちは、すべての左翼グループと労働者階級の組織にも寄付するよう勧める。 大坂正明さんを即時釈放せよ！無罪奪還を！A Break in Fraternal Relations with Luta Metalúrgica, 5 July 1996
