Since its inception in 1984, Workers Hammer has been produced as a tabloid-style newsprint. We are moving away from this format in favour of a higher-grade A4 print. This shift reflects what Workers Hammer has evolved into: while it was a frequent monthly newspaper in its early years, it is no longer a “news-type” publication. With a reduced frequency, Workers Hammer now mainly features lasting articles, guiding our work for a longer period of time. For this purpose, a high-quality A4 format is far more suitable.

This change also intersects a shift in how we, and our international, the ICL, produce content. We now publish leaflets and timely articles more frequently, allowing us to react quickly to developments, as we did in Your Party. We have also expanded our digital presence via our website and social media. Furthermore, Workers Hammer now hosts a weekly podcast on YouTube and Spotify, supplementing the ICL’s English-language podcast, SpartTalk, launched last year. Thus, the physical paper is no longer our primary medium for political intervention.

We encourage our readers to subscribe and donate to help us continue providing the sharp Marxist analysis we are known for.
