On July 5, 18-year old Saniyah Cheatham was found dead in her jail cell at the NYPD's 41st Precinct in the Bronx. The cops claim she killed herself, but everyone knows that's bullshit. It is a matter of self defense to expose what happened and to expose the crimes of the capitalist state.
We demand the release of the autopsy report, surveillance and body-cam video and the log and names of cops on duty.
We cannot rely on the cops, courts, prosecutors, or review boards—they're on the other side. We must put all our faith in the power of the working class. Organized labor must fight against the pigs, and for the victims of racist police brutality. This is the only way to protect the interests of the entire working class from the murderous machinations of the capitalist state.
