The UFCW leadership is preparing to end the strike soon, but JBS has not met any of your demands for safety. Meatpackers who want to keep fighting for safety need to push to extend the strike and appeal to the Machinists and other unions to help build strong picket lines that shut down the plant. Each language group in the plant should elect a rep to coordinate with reps of other language groups to keep the fight going.
