Madam, Sir:
The Partisan Defense Committee has learned that prisoner Alvaro Luna Hernandez is suffering a worsening medical condition in which he can barely walk, stand or go to the bathroom. He has fallen twice resulting in a head injury.
We have also learned that Hernandez is in the McConnell Medical Unit without any medical diagnosis, without access to his medical records and denied access to phone calls. This must stop. He must be immediately transferred to a bona fide medical facility since he is in an extremely serious condition. We also demand his medical records be provided to his attorneys and himself.
